We’ll settle your claim and pay your eligible costs.
Available within MyHealth Digital Services, the Provider Finder now includes geolocalisation. You can simply "search my location" or type an address to locate the closest providers with direct billing.
Telehealth services
All members with an Out-patient plan can now get medical advice, treatment recommendations and access prescriptions (where possible) from the comfort of their home. Your Telehealth Hub connects you to a medical professional within minutes, wherever you are.
You can access it directly in MyHealth digital services, in the Health Assistant section.
