As part of your cover, you have access to our Personal Oncology Case Manager services. A dedicated case manager, a healthcare professional from our own Medical Team, will guide and assist you through your treatment.
The purpose of this service is to assist you with potential medical queries you may have related to your treatment, help you understand your level of cover and guide you through our processes to help you understand how best to avail of our services. In addition, the dedicated point of contact can offer guidance or assistance on auxiliary treatments you may require either before, during or after your cancer treatment. Our aim is to make your journey as seamless as possible and proactively look after the administration of your next treatment.
