To be eligible for this solution, your company only needs to:
- Employ over 51 employees (who don’t necessarily need to be covered by healthcare plan)
- Employ 2 or more in the US

Yes, our International Healthcare plans for employees in the US, created in partnership with Aetna, can be offered to both US and Non-US nationals on US payroll. You can offer this solution when your company Headquarters is based outside of the US and:
- Employs over 51 employees (who don’t necessarily need to be covered by healthcare plan)
- Employs 2 or more in the US
And if your company is a US subsidiary of a non-US HQ company – that’s ok –the International Healthcare plan for employees in the US would still be available to you. If you have any questions, please contact our Sales Support Team.
Absolutely, as long as your company Headquarters is outside of the US. To be eligible for this solution, your company also needs to:
- Employ over 51 employees (who don’t necessarily need to be covered by healthcare plan)
- Employ 2 or more in the US

Our International Healthcare plans for employees in the US is compliant with 49 US states. The solution is not suitable for employees based in Hawaii. Employees based in Maryland and Washington may also require a separate medical plan and additional enrolment documents.

- Cover is not provided if any element of the cover, benefit, activity, business or underlying business violates any applicable sanction law or regulations of the United Nations, the European Union or any other applicable economic or trade sanction law or regulations.
